Trong thời hạn 3 tháng trước khi Hợ

Trong thời hạn 3 tháng trước khi Hợp đồng này hết hiệu lực, các Bên sẽ tiến hành gia hạn Hợp đồng và bên B sẽ được xét ưu tiên gia hạn. Nếu một trong hai bên muốn chấm dứt hợp đồng trước thời hạn thì phải thông báo cho Bên kia biết trước 03 tháng và chỉ chấm dứt khi có sự đồng ý bằng văn bản của bên kia. trong trường hợp một bên đơn phương chấm dứt hay thay đổi hợp đồng gây thiệt hại cho bên kia thì phải bồi thường toàn bộ thiệt hại đã gây ra theo đúng quy định của pháp luật và các điều khoản có liên quan của hợp đồng này.
