③ Việc sửa chữa hoặc rework sẽ được thực hiện bởi các bộ phận liên quan. Sau đó bộ phận quản lý chất lượng sẽ phải tiến hành kiểm tra lại.
Nếu quá trình sửa chữa hoặc rework không đem lại hiệu quả thì sẽ ban hành phiếu hàng không phù hợp và (DJF 4131-005).
