Để nâng cao chất lượng dạy học môn Tiếng Anh tôi có đề xuất với phòng giáo dục là:
Tiếp tục mở thêm chuyên đề về bộ môn Tiếng Anh, lựa chọn và thống nhất về chương trình, sách giáo khoa bộ môn tiếng Anh tiểu học, duy trì thường xuyên sinh hoạt chuyên môn đổi chéo theo cụm để giáo viên Tiếng Anh có cơ hội nâng cao, học hỏi trình độ chuyên môn nghiệp vụ của mình, đổi chéo sinh hoạt chuyên môn cụm miền xuôi và miền ngược. Phổ biến các sáng kiến kinh nghiệm được giải cao đặc biệt là giải A, B cấp tỉnh để chúng tôi được học hỏi và có thêm kinh nghiệm giảng dạy để từ đó chất lượng học sinh được nâng cao.
