đối với tình trạng khủng hoảng kinh tế và tài chính ảnh hưởng trực tiếp đến các dịch vụ trong nước và ngành quản lí khách sạn và du lịch cũng nằm trong tình trạng khó khăn. Cơ sở vật chất dịch vụ về khách sạn, nhà nghỉ các khu vui chơi giải trí tiện nghi và chất lượng dịch vụ vẫn còn hạn chế , năng lực quản lý và chuyên môn của nhân viên chưa cao thiếu tính chuyên ngiệp . Khách du lịch đến việt nam hiện nay chủ yếu là để du lịch " xanh " đến thăm cá danh lam thắng cảnh mà thiên nhiên tạo ra nhưng đa số khách sạn của việt nam vẫn chưa quan tâm đến môi trường nhiều và tiết kiệt năng lượng, luôn luôn sử dụng một cách bừa bãi .
