1.Công tác chuẩn bị :
-bản vẽ thi công được duyệt
-vật tư (gạch,cát,xi ):cát dùng là cát sạch,mịn không lẫn tạp chất đạt yêu cầu thi công;nước sạch lấy từ nguồn nước giếng khoan của khu vực đạt tiêu chuẩn
-dụng cụ thi công : bay,thước,dây dọi ,thùng đo lường vữa,máy trộn,máng đựng hồ
-định vị vị trí xây : búng mực tim,dóng cố định dây dọi theo 2 phương
-đo lường vữa:sử dụng máy trộn 250l; 1 bao xi,tương đương với 1 thùng cát (1000x1000x170)mm được để trên bề mặt phẳng vữa hoặc lót ván gỗ
-tỉ lệ cấp phối được dán trên bề mặt máy trộn
2.Trình tự thi công :
-vệ sinh bề mặt dầm móng ,chỗ tiếp giáp khối xây
-trát lớp hồ dầu trước khi xây
-gạch xây phải được làm ẩm trước khi xây, vữa xây phải được trộn đúng theo tỉ lệ cấp phối.
-tiến hành xây:xây gạch thẳng,không trùng mạch,3 lớp gạch ống giằng 1 lớp gạch thẻ,mạch vữa đều nhau( 1cm: 1,5cm);đầy mạch vữa đứng và ngang,mạch vữa gọn gàng
-râu thép được chờ theo khoảng cách ( chiều dài 400mm,khoảng cách 500mm),râu thép được uốn móc
-Vị trí gạch chờ đổ BT cột phải bịt kín bằng vữa
3.Biện pháp bão dưỡng:
-Cao độ tường xây phải đảm bảo kích thước của giằng tường
-tưới nước :sáng 1 lần,chiều 1 lần cả 2 mặt
-tường xây được tưới nước trong vòng 3 ngày
4.Vệ sinh mặt bằng:
-dọn hồ vữa rơi rớt
-vệ sinh dụng cụ thi công
