- Bên A là người được bên B và bên C ủy nhiệm nhập khẩu. Vì vậy, bên A sẽ không chịu bất cứ rủi ro gì về hàng hóa, kể cả đó là những rủi ro liên quan đến bất khả kháng theo luật định.
- Được thanh toán tất cả các chi phí phát sinh liên quan đến lô hàng với bên B và bên C nếu các chi phí này được các bên ủy nhiệm chi trả .
- Phối hợp với bên B và bên C giải quyết tranh chấp (nếu có).
