Trong thời gian học tập và làm việc

Trong thời gian học tập và làm việc tại công ty TNHH TMDVDL Hoàng Giang Viet , tôi học được những kiến thức bổ ích từ thực tế. Theo tôi, những kinh nghiệm này sẽ giúp tôi rất nhiều cho công việc của tôi trong tương lai. Dưới đây là một số kinh nghiệm mà tôi đã đạt được trong quá trình thực tập này.
Việc đầu tiên, đợt thực tập này đã cho tôi cơ hội sử dụng kiến thức của tôi tiếng Anh thông qua các giao tiếp với khách hàng nước ngoài. Tôi nhận ra rằng tiếng Anh của tôi được cải thiện rất nhiều thông qua thực hành. Tôi đã học được rất nhiều từ vựng, thông tin và kiến thức trong lĩnh vực du lịch cũng như biết làm thế nào để thực hiện chương trình du lịch. Thứ hai, với sự hướng dẫn của giám sát viên của tôi ông Thai Bao Nam và tất cả mọi người trong công ty tôi đã học được làm thế nào để điều hành tour, thiết kế chương trình du lịch. Mặc dù công việc có vẻ đơn giản nhưng công việc cũng đã cho tôi nhiều khó khăn khi phải đối mặt với cuộc sống thực. Tôi vẫn thiếu tự tin trước đám đông và đặc biệt là nói quá nhỏ vì thế tôi chưa được giao nhiệm vụ hướng dẫn tour mà chỉ được làm việc tại văn phòng. Vì thế, tôi cần phải tự tin và trao dồi kinh nghiệm và luyện tập khả năng nói to, rõ ràng. Khả năng tiếp thị và bán chương trình du lịch vẫn còn thiếu kinh nghiệm. Vì thế tôi cần mở rộng mối quan hệ và tăng khả năng tiếp xúc và thuyết phục khách hàng

Second, with the guidance of my supervisor he Conceived How men and everyone in the company I have learned how to tour operators, travel program design. Although the job may seem simple but the job also gave me many difficulties when faced with real life. I'm still lacking confidence ahead of the crowd and especially say too small so I was tour guide duties that only work in the Office. So, I need to cultivate confidence and experience and training the ability to speak clearly. Marketing and selling the program tours still lack experience. So I need to expand ties and increase the ability to contact and convince customers
