- Công Ty Nhật Quang sẽ phải đi nộp

- Công Ty Nhật Quang sẽ phải đi nộp Công văn xin nhập cảnh cho Mr.Saito tại Cục quản lý xuất nhập cảnh số 44-46 đường Trần Phú.

- Sau khi nộp công văn sẽ có giấy hẹn tới nhận Công văn phê duyệt của CQLXNC Việt Nam (thời gian sau 1 tuần). Tiếp theo sẽ Fax giấy hẹn và hồ sơ đó sang 1 trong 3 nơi gần nhất mà Mr.Saito sinh sống như: Đại sứ quán tại Tokyo, Lãnh sứ quán tại Osaka, lãnh sứ quan tại Fukuoka.

- Sau 1 tuần khi nhận được công văn phê duyệt, công ty Nhật Quang sẽ gửi bản scan Công văn phê duyệt cho Mr.Saito, tiếp đó Mr.Saito sẽ cầm bản scan và passpot tới địa điểm Fax giấy hẹn công văn tiếp nhận và hồ sơ (tức là 1 trong 3 địa điểm gần nơi sinh sống tại Đại sứ quán Tokyo hoặc Lãnh sứ quán tại Osaka hoặc lãnh sứ quán tại Fukuoka) để dán visa vào Passport của Mr.Saito.

(Lưu ý: Nếu Mr.Saito đi xin cấp visa vào buổi sáng thi chiều sẽ được dán, còn chiều thi sang hôm qua sẽ được dán).
