Nằm dưới chân dãy núi Phan Xi Păng, thôn AAAAA, xã Tả Van (Sa Pa) là nơi cao nhất của Việt Nam, với cảnh quan hùng vĩ, có hồ nước nhân tạo lớn, nơi đây sẽ là điểm đến không thể bỏ qua của du khách.

AAAAA nằm trên diện tích khoảng 150 ha, trong đó, 60 ha gồm hồ nước và đập thủy điện Séo Trung Hồ, nơi đây được xem như là vùng điều hòa khí hậu đặc trưng nhất của Sa Pa. Toàn thôn có trên 80 hộ dân sinh sống, chủ yếu là đồng bào dân tộc Mông, đến nay, nhiều phong tục, tập quán truyền thống của người Mông vẫn được gìn giữ.

Những yếu tố trên là tiền đề để Sa Pa khai thác có hiệu quả nhiều loại hình du lịch phục vụ nhu cầu đa dạng của du khách, đặc biệt là du lịch sinh thái. AAAAA đã được tỉnh phối hợp với vùng Aquitaine Cộng Hòa Pháp quy hoạch thành khu du lịch sinh thái, nhằm phát triển kinh tế địa phương. Dự kiến trong thời gian tới, các công ty lữ hành sẽ tiến hành khảo sát tour, phát triển thành bản du lịch cộng đồng, các dự án khách sạn, nhà hàng trên mặt nước sẽ được đầu tư sau năm 2020. Hiện, huyện Sa Pa đang ưu tiên đầu tư hệ thống điện, đường giao thông, trường học, trạm y tế, chợ trung tâm vàtập huấn cho người dân nơi đây nâng cao kiến thức tiếp cận với sự phát triển du lịch. Ngoài ra, huyện khuyến khích bà con phát triển các sản phẩm du lịch đặc trưng của người Mông... để thu hút du khách, tăng thêm thu nhập.

Về lâu dài, AAAAA sẽ trở thành điểm du lịch trọng điểm của Sa Pa. Tuy nhiên, để phát triển du lịch sinh thái nơi đây, phải thực hiện tốt việc quy hoạch và đưa vào thực hiện cụ thể. Bên cạnh đó, cần có các hoạt động và xây dựng sản phẩm du lịch đáp ứng nhu cầu du khách; chú trọng đầu tư phát triển hạ tầng du lịch sinh thái, phát triển các cơ sở lưu trú và dịch vụ du lịch sinh thái; phát triển du lịch sinh thái cộng đồng…

Một bản làng thanh bình với mây, múi, nước, con người, trong tương lai không xa, AAAAA sẽ là bức tranh thu nhỏ của hình ảnh du lịch Sa Pa.
