Từ năm 2015, tôi là Quản lý tài chính của MCD đồng thời tham gia chương trình chương trình CSR trong ngành tôm tại Cà Mau do Oxfam tài trợ. Chúng tôi đang rất nỗ lực giúp các doanh nghiệp trong ngành tôm tại Cà Mau hiểu và áp dụng CSR. Chính vì vậy tôi rất cần bổ sung kiến thức mới về CSR, học tập cách cách thức thực hiện CSR trong các DN tại Châu Á, đồng thời học cách hỗ trợ các DN Việt Nam thực hiện CSR.
CSR là cam kết của doanh nghiệp đóng góp cho sự phát triển bền vững thông qua việc cân bằng 3 yếu tố kinh tế, xã hội và môi trường. Hành vi này được gọi là phương pháp tiếp cận 3 yếu tố nhằm đem lại lợi ích cho cả DN và xã hội.Tôi thấy rằng mỗi doanh nghiệp cần phải xem xét những như lòng tin, sự tín nhiệm, sự sáng tạo, tinh thần đồng đội, hình ảnh, môi trường làm việc, sự cân bằng giữa công việc và cuộc sống?

From 2015, I is the financial manager of the MCD are simultaneously involved in CSR programs programs in CA Mau shrimp by Oxfam. We're very effort to help enterprises in the industry in CA Mau shrimp to understand and apply the CSR. So I very need for additional new knowledge about CSR, learning how CSR practices in companies in Asia, at the same time learning how to support the REAL Vietnam implement CSR.CSR is the commitment of business to contribute to sustainable development through the balanced 3 factors of economy, society and the environment. This behavior is called 3-factor approach in order to bring benefits to both COMPANIES and society. I find that every business needs to consider these as confidence, credibility, creativity, team spirit, the picture, the work environment, a balance between work and life?

From 2015, I was the Financial Manager of the MCD simultaneously participating in the CSR program in Ca Mau shrimp industry funded by Oxfam. We're very effort to help businesses in the shrimp industry in Ca Mau understand and apply CSR. Therefore I needed additional new knowledge about CSR, learning how to how to implement CSR in companies in Asia, while learning how to support Vietnam enterprises implementing CSR.
