Nhân viên không nên coi việc du khách đưa ra những yêu cầu, hỏi han tìm hiểu,… là những phiền phức để rồi né tránh hoặc trả lời qua loa nhằm tránh bị liên quan hay mất thời gian. Ví dụ không nên trả lời như : tôi không làm việc ở đây, hoặc tôi không biết, hoặc đó không phải là phòng hay bộ phận tôi, hoặc đó không phải là việc của tôi mà là của bộ phận khác, lỗi này không phải do tôi làm mà do bộ phân nào đó hay người nào đó gây ra.
