 BSR chỉ chịu trách nhiệm giải quyết khiếu nại/bồi thường nếu chất lượng của lô LPG bị khiếu nại/đồi bồi thường không được bảo đảm thật sự là do lỗi của BSR gây ra (dựa trên kết quả điều tra nguyên nhân).

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

  BSR only responsible to resolve complaints/compensation if the quality of batches of LPG being complaints/claims not secured Hill really is the fault of the BSR (based on the results of the investigation to the cause).

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

BSR  only responsible for settling complaints / compensation if the quality of the lot complained LPG / hill is not guaranteed compensation is actually caused by the fault of BSR (based on survey results cause) .
