Bên cạnh việc thuê phương tiện hỗ trợ, thì Công ty cũng cần có sự phối hợp chặt chẽ giữa các bộ phận ( sales – chứng từ - giao nhận – điều độ - vận tải…), nắm bắt thời lượng lưu thông hàng hóa trong Cảng và kho, để biết nhu cầu ưu tiên của khách hàng nhằm bố trí kho bãi, xe ưu tiên, sau đó vận chuyển cân đối với các khách hàng còn lại, đảm bảo thời gian giao hàng. Hạn chế đến mức có thể việc thuê xe, đảm bảo khai thác tối đa đội vận tải chủ lực của Công ty.
