QUI ĐỊNH VẬN HÀNH DÀN CỐM
1. BỒN TRỘN VÔI
1.1 Trước khi vận hành phải kiểm tra : điện, cánh khuấy trong bồn có vật lạ không.
Bơm nước vào bồn và đổ vôi bột vào theo tỉ lệ 25kg vôi bột/ 2000 lít nước,

3.2. Vận hành :
• Ấn nút màu xanh SÀN RUNG (VIBRATING SCREEN).
• Ấn nút màu xanh BƠM CỐM (CRUMB PUMP) (hai nút này nằm ở bảng điện gần máy bơm cốm)
• Xoay nút RESET màu đỏ theo chiều mũi tên.
• Ấn nút màu xanh CÁN CẮT (SHREDDER).
• Ấn nút màu xanh TRỤC CẤP LIỆU (FEEDER ROLLER ).
• Khi máy cán cắt hoạt động bình thường thì ấn nút màu xanh BELT CONVEYOR 4 ( Băng tải 4 hoạt động ).
3.3. Khi có sự cố cụm máy cán cắt- băng tải thì ấn nút DỪNG KHẨN CẤP (EMERGENCY STOP) ở hộp điện gần máy cán cắt.
• Khi có sự cố ở bơm cốm hoặc sàn rung thì ấn hai nút màu đỏ ở bảng điện gần bơm, sau đó ấn DỪNG KHẨN CẤP (EMERGENCY STOP) ở hộp điện gần máy cán cắt.
• Khi muốn hoạt động trở lại thì xoay nút điều chỉnh hướng quay trục cán về QUAY NGƯỢC (REVERSE ) rồi ấn hai nút màu xanh theo thứ tự (CÁN CẮT ) SHREDDER và (TRỤC CẤP LIỆU ) FEEDER ROLLER đẩy mủ ra khỏi trục.
• Ấn DỪNG KHẨN CẤP (ERMERGENCY STOP), xoay nút điều chỉnh hướng về QUAY THUẬN (FORWARD ) rồi khởi động lại.
3.3. Kết thúc:
• Sau khi sàn rung hết mủ cho máy chạy không tải khoảng 2 phút.
• Tắt máy: Ấn các nút màu đỏ theo thứ tự ngược lại khi khởi động.
• Khóa các van nước, xả nước trong hồ cán cắt.
• Vệ sinh hồ ( trong và ngoài ), vệ sinh máy.
• Chú ý vệ sinh sàn rung thật kỹ bằng máy xịt cao áp .
• Cắt cầu dao điện .
