(ii) Yêu cầu Bên Bán thay thế toàn bộ hàng hóa trong Đơn hàng bằng hàng hóa mới theo thời gian như quy định tại Điều 7.1 hoặc bù tiền tương đương trong vòng năm (05) ngày đối phần phần cứng và hai (02) ngày đối với phần mềm, kể từ khi Bên Mua yêu cầuvà chịu phạt vi phạm chất lượng như quy định tại Điều 11.2.3 của Hợp đồng
