Năm 2010 do Công ty mới thành lập nhân viên kế toán chưa ổn định được công việc nên trong quá trình cung cấp số liệu cho Công ty kiểm toán đã có sự sai sót dẫn đến Công ty kiểm toán lên BCTC lần 1 ngày 23 tháng 3 năm 2011 bị sai với tổng lợi nhuận kế toán trước thuế là: -11.424.233đ và đã nộp BCTC cho Cục thuế Hải Dương ngày 02 tháng 04 năm 2011, tuy nhiên khi phát hiện ra sai sót đó bên Công ty chúng tôi đã yêu cầu Công ty kiểm toán làm lại BCTC lần 2 ngày 31 tháng 5 năm 2011 sửa đổi với tổng lợi nhuận kế toán trước thuế là:-3.220.905.309đ.
