Với nhận thức đó, ngân hàng Thương mại Cổ phần Đầu tư và phát triển Việt Nam chi nhánh Thanh Hóa đã luôn quan tâm tới phát triển nguồn nhân lực và những kết quả mà Chi nhánh đạt được là rất đáng kể. Tuy nhiên, so với yêu cầu, nguồn nhân lực của Chi nhánh vẫn yếu về chất, vừa thừa vừa thiếu về lượng, chưa đáp ứng được yêu cầu phát triển của Chi nhánh trong tiến trình hội nhập kinh tế quốc tế.
Xuất phát từ những yêu cầu cấp thiết đó tôi chọn đề tài luận văn thạc sĩ “Phát triển nhân lực tại Ngân hàng Thương mại Cổ phần Đầu tư và phát triển Việt Nam chi nhánh Thanh Hóa” để nghiên cứu.
