Trong trường hợp Nhà thầu lựa chọn

Trong trường hợp Nhà thầu lựa chọn phương án được nêu trong đoạn (b2) trên đây, thanh toán Tổn thất xác định tới mức tối đa như quy định trong Hợp đồng sẽ hoàn toàn thỏa mãn các đảm bảo của Nhà thầu và bất kỳ quy định tương ứng khác trong Hợp đồng, và Nhà thầu sẽ không phải chịu bất kỳ trách nhiệm với Chủ đầu tư về Các thông số bảo đảm

In case the contractor selection methodology outlined in section (b2) on here, payment of losses to determine the maximum level as specified in the contract will totally satisfy the guarantee of the contractor and any other corresponding provisions in the contract, and the contractor will not incur any liability to the owner of the secured

In the event the Contractor selection plan referred to in paragraph (b2) above, payment of losses up to a maximum determined as specified in the contract will completely satisfy the Contractor's guarantee and any regulations other relevant provisions in the contract, and the contractor will not incur any liability to investors for the guaranteed parameters
