Căn cứ quyết định số 1958/1998/

Căn cứ quyết định số 1958/1998/QĐ-UB-QLĐT ngày 13-4-1998 của Ủy ban nhân dân Thành Phố về việc ban hành quy chế cấp số nhà và chỉnh sửa số nhà trên địa bàn Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.
Căn cứ quyết định số: 932/QĐ-UB ngày 17/05/2004 của Ủy ban nhân dân Quận 6 về việc đổi số nhà thuộc địa bàn phường 09 Quận 6.
Nay Ủy ban nhân dân Phường 9 Quận 6 thông báo đổi số nhà mới là: 421/21/8B Đường Bến Phú Lâm ( số nhà cũ là: 421/11/1C Đường Bến Phú Lâm Phường 9 Quận 6 ) cho căn nhà do Ông (Bà): Chung Tự Nhiên sử dụng,có vị trí được xác định tại sơ đồ hiện trạng chỉnh sửa số nhà của Phường 9 Quận 6
Thông báo tạm cấp số nhà để phục vụ công tác quản lý của Nhà nước và tạo sự thuận tiện trong giao dịch, không có giá trị công nhận quyền sở hữu nhà.
