Khi nào cần cho cây ra bông thì thay bằng loại phân có hàm lượng lân và kali cao hơn đạm như một số loại phân bón gốc hoặc bón phun qua lá có tỷ lệ NPK là 10-20-20, khi cây bắt đầu ra nụ hoa thì phun thêm phân bón lá có tỷ lệ kali cao hơn đạm và lân như NPK 10-10-30 để bông có mầu sắc đẹp và lâu tàn.
- Không nên tưới nhiều nước, chỉ nên tưới sao cho vừa đủ ẩm.
