3.14. Thuốc giả

3.14.1. Bất kỳ thuốc giả nào được phát hiện trong mạng lưới cung cấp thuốc đều phải được tách riêng ngay tức thì khỏi các thuốc khác và phải được ghi lại.

3.14.2. Phải thông báo ngay cho người được cấp phép lưu hành, các cơ quan quản lý dược cũng như các cơ quan nhà nước khác có liên quan về các thuốc được xác định hoặc có nghi ngờ là thuốc giả .

3.14.3. Các thuốc giả hoặc nghi ngờ là thuốc giả phải được dán nhãn rõ ràng, bao quản riêng biệt nhằm phòng tránh việc nhầm lẫn đưa ra tái lưu thông phân phối.

3.14.4. Sau khi khẳng định thuốc giả, thì phải có quyết định chính thức về việc huỷ bỏ số thuốc giả đó và phải được lưu hồ sơ.

3.15. Nhập khẩu

3.15.1. Việc nhập khẩu, xuất khẩu thuốc phải tuân thủ đúng theo các quy định của pháp luật về xuất nhập khẩu thuốc.

3.15.2. Thuốc nhập khẩu phải được đóng trong bao bì gốc trừ những sản phẩm được nhập ở dạng bán thành phẩm để về đóng gói hoặc sản xuất ra dạng thành phẩm.

3.15.3. Tại cửa khẩu, các lô hàng thuốc phải được bảo quản trong các điều kiện phù hợp và được lưu giữ trong một khoảng thời gian càng ngắn càng tốt.

3.15.3. Cơ sở nhập khẩu phải tiến hành các biện pháp phù hợp để bảo đảm thuốc không bị xử lý không đúng cách hoặc bảo quản trong điều kiện không thích hợp ở hải cảng, sân bay.

3.15.4. Khi cần thiết, phải có người được đào tạo về dược tham gia vào quy trình giải quyết thủ tục hải quan.
