4.4.2. Phân tích Hiệu quả sử dụng năng lượng
Mỗi công trình được thiết kế hệ thống cơ điện với mục đích sử dụng khác nhau, vì thế cách vận hành hệ thống cơ điện trong mỗi công trình cũng khác. Hàng năm, chi phí của mỗi tòa nhà chi trả cho việc vận hành hệ thống cơ điện là rất lớn, nó phụ thuộc vào cách thức vận hành, cách thức quản lý năng lượng và hệ thống cơ điện trong tòa nhà. Với tình hình hiện nay, các nguồn nhiên liệu để tạo ra điện năng phục vụ cuộc sống đang dần cạn kiệt, môi trường ô nhiễm vì khí thải CO2, thời tiết càng ngày càng khắc nghiệt ( hiện tượng nhà kính). Để đáp ứng nhu cầu sử dụng năng lượng ngày càng lớn của các tòa nhà mà vẫn giữ được sự cân bằng cho môi trường. Chính phủ và các ban ngành đã phát hành nhiều thông tư, nghị định, quy chuẩn có tính pháp lý và khuyến khích các đơn vị sử dụng năng lượng tiết kiệm và hiệu quả. Việc sử dụng năng lượng tiết kiệm và hiệu quả của các tòa nhà được thể hiện qua suất tiêu hao của những tòa nhà đó. Bằng kinh nghiệm tính toán và khảo sát thực tế, chúng tôi đã tổng hợp được suất tiêu hao của 50 tòa nhà. Và dữ liệu tổng hợp của 16 loại hình trên được chia thành 8 nhóm khác nhau như sau:
• Nhóm 1: Nhóm văn phòng hành chính Nhà nước:
Nhóm bao gồm loại hình BC01 & BC02 : Là những tòa nhà trụ sở làm việc của những đơn vị trực thuộc Nhà nước. Sau đây là bảng tổng hợp dữ liệu của những tòa nhà thuộc nhóm 1:
