Quy tắc 8: Tiền lương và phúc lợi
• Công ty trả lương gồm cả các khoản phúc lợi khác mà bằng hoặc vượt quá mức lương tối thiểu yêu câù. Công ty cấm mọi hình thức trừ lương, cơ chế và cơ cấu tiền lương được phổ biến công khai và rõ ràng đến người lao động;
• Thời gian làm thêm giờ vào ngày thường được trả gấp 1,5 lần so với ngày thường;
• Thời gian làm thêm giờ vào ngày chủ nhật được trả gấp 2 lần so với ngày thường;
• Thời gian làm thêm giờ vào ngày lễ được trả gấp 3 lần so với ngày thường.
