Đại hội đồng Liên hiệp quốc trong hôm thứ Ba đã bầu 14 thành viên mới vào cơ quan gồm 47 đại diện đặt tại Geneva, là cơ quan theo dõi về tình trạng nhân quyền bằng cách ra các nghị quyết, nếu cần.
