Đầu tiên,tôi học hỏi từ đồng nghiệp và rèn luyện kỹ năng để hoàn thành tốt công việc hằng ngày
Ngoài ra,tôi lắng nghe và ghi chú những kinh ngiệm từ đồng nghiệp.Những lúc không nhớ, tôi ghi chú vào sách
Bên cạnh đó,Tôi đọc tài liệu chuyên nghành về vi sinh mỗi ngày . Nhưng đến bay giờ tôi vẫn chưa nắm hết được
Tiếp đó,tôi tuân thủ theo nguyên tắc của phòng thí nghiệm
tôi giử thái độ tốt đối với mọi người
cuối tuần tôi hay đi hát karaoke và nhậu nhẹt với đồng nghiệp mặc dù tôi không phải lả người trả tiền

Tôi hạn chế việc đi làm trể vì sẽ bị trừ tiền lương mỗi tháng.
Khi nào hoàn tất công việc thì tôi mới về nhà.
Ngoài đi làm, học chuyên môn tôi còn phải học anh văn để đáp ứng nhu cầu của công việc. Nên tôi khá là mệt mõi .
