Đối với các trường hợp quy định tại cột 4 Phụ lục II Nghị định này, chủ dự án phải báo cáo kết quả thực hiện các công trình bảo vệ môi trường phục vụ giai đoạn vận hành dự án trên cơ sở báo cáo đánh giá tác động môi trường đã được phê duyệt và các văn bản đề nghị điều chỉnh đã được chấp thuận (nếu có) gửi cơ quan phê duyệt báo cáo đánh giá tác động môi trường để kiểm tra, xác nhận hoàn thành trước khi đưa dự án vào vận hành chính thức

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
