- Tiến hành giám sát kỹ vệ sinh, nồng độ khử trùng dụng cụ, thiết bị và đồng thời yêu cầu nhân viên phòng kiệm nghiệm lấy mẫu vệ sinh công nghiệp để kiểm tra 05 ngày liên tiếp 25+26+27+28+29/04/2016 sau khi thực hiện biện pháp khắc phục và kết quả cho thấy thiết bị, sản phẩm không còn nhiễm E.coli (kết quả kèm theo).
