Quần thể sự kiện sẽ phân chia thành 2 phân khu chức năng gọi thầu. Đơn vị trúng thầu sẽ chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế và thi công toàn bộ quần thể triển lãm thông tin và các gian hàng hoạt náo của các nhãn hàng tham gia sự kiện, bao gồm:
1 – Gói thầu Số 1: Quần thể triển lãm thông tin và hoạt náo
- Khu triển lãm thông tin Co.opmart 20 năm tận tâm phục vụ: gồm khu triển lãm quá trình phát triển của Co.opmart từ khởi nghiệp đến hiện tại và tương lai. Khu vực tương lai có gian hàng online ( Fanpage và mobile app, …. ) và gian hàng đăng ký trở thành Xã viên – HTX tiêu dùng. Khu trưng bày sản phẩm chủ đề 20 năm Co.opmart và logo các đơn vị đồng hành 20 năm với Co.opmart.
- Khu hoạt náo: Có các gian hàng tổ chức trò chơi, hoạt náo, … của của các nhãn hàng và quầy bán vé sử dụng dịch vụ, trò chơi của các gia hàng bên trong khuôn viên sự kiện.
