Như đã thông báo với bạn qua điện thoại về sự cố nứt kết cấu sàn tầng 2 công trình IKO 3rd. Tôi gửi bạn & phòng QA-QC báo cáo sơ lược về sự cố trên :
- Hiện tại mặt sàn xuất hiện nhiều vết nứt chéo không như dự kiến của Taisei khi thiết kế (nứt theo cạnh dầm)
- Mật độ vết nứt sàn khá nhiều, tập trung chủ yếu khu vực nhà thầu Đồng Tiến
- Chủ đầu tư IKO lo ngại về sự cố này : họ nói hiện tại chưa có thiết bị máy móc nào đưa vào sử dụng, liệu về lâu dài sẽ như thế nào ?
- Chúng tôi đang bố trí kĩ sư đo, vẽ lại chính xác sự cố nứt nền, tường trong 2 ngày. Sau đó sẽ gửi báo cáo chi tiết đến bạn & các bộ phận liên quan.
