Kính thưa ông Zhang,
Tên của tôi là Lộc, công việc của tôi là kỹ sư vận hành hệ thống xử lý nước thải của công ty Đặng Tư Ký. Hôm nay tôi viết thư này để chia sẻ với ông một số vấn đề về công việc hiện tại của tôi.
Tôi chính thức làm việc ở đây đến nay đã được hơn 7 tháng. Từ ngày được nhận vào làm việc ở đây, tôi cùng hai người đồng nghiệp khác đảm nhận công việc ở hệ thống xử nước thải của công ty. Tuy nhiên kể từ tháng 5 năm 2016, hai người bạn làm việc cùng với tôi đã xin nghỉ việc, và bây giờ chỉ còn lại tôi và tổ trưởng của tôi (A Trấn). Nên hiện nay số lượng công việc hằng ngày của tôi cũng nhiều hơn trước kia, thế nhưng tôi vẫn cố gắng hoàn thành công việc hằng ngày. Tuy nhiên, là một người lao động tôi cảm thấy hiện nay sức lao động và thu nhập của tôi chưa thật sự tương xứng, tôi nghĩ ông cũng hiểu rất rõ điều này. Vì vậy, tôi mong muốn ông xem xét về vấn đề tăng lương, qua đó tôi cảm thấy yên tâm làm việc, tiếp tục gắn bó và cống hiến cho công ty.
