Kết quả đánh giá chất lượng cơm số liệu ở Bảng 3.11 cho thấy: Giống LTH134 có chất lượng cơm ngon nhất (điểm 4), có mùi thơm nhẹ khá đặc trưng, mềm dẻo và có màu trắng ngà. Tiếp đến là giống P6ĐB, Q.Nam 6 và H229, cơm ngon (điểm 3), có mùi thơm nhẹ, cơm mềm dẻo và có màu trắng ngà. Các giống còn lại có chất lượng cơm ngon trung bình (điểm 2).
