Bên B sẽ cung cấp cho Bên A một dan

Bên B sẽ cung cấp cho Bên A một danh sách những người đại diện của mình được ủy quyền kèm theo đăng ký chữ ký để nhận các sản phẩm. Bên A có thể từ chối giao hàng và Bên B phải chịu các phí tổn đối với việc không giao được hàng xuất phát từ việc đại diện được ủy quyền của Bên B không có mặt, không hợp lệ hoặc không nhận hàng.
