Mức giá này đã bao gồm 10% thuế và 5% phí phục vụ và là giá thực, không tính hoa hồng.
Giá phòng đã bao gồm ăn sáng tự chọn dành cho 2 người (Buffet)
Nước uống trong phòng và hoa quả trong ngày đầu nhận phòng
Dịch vụ Wifi sử dụng trong phòng và các khu vực công cộng
Miễn phí sử dụng hồ bơi
Miễn phí sử dụng phòng tập thể thao, đường chạy bộ
Miễn phí sử dụng bàn chơi bi-a
Miễn phí xe đưa đón sân bay/bến tàu. (Xe 16 chổ ngồi)
Giá trên đã được thoả thuận và trong thời hạn hiệu lực của hợp đồng không thể có nhiều hơn các giá thỏa thuận như vậy. Bất kỳ sự cung cấp thêm hoặc gia tăng giá trị dịch vụ sẽ không ảnh hưởng đến giá đã được thoả thuận, ngoại trừ sự gia tăng thuế và phí dịch vụ được công bố bởi chính phủ.

on the agreed price and the validity period of the contract can not be more than the price of such an agreement. Any offer or increase the value added services will not affect the price has been agreed, with the exception of tax increases and service fees announced by the government.
