Hội chợ là hoạt động xúc tiến thương mại được thực hiện tập trung trong một thời gian và tại một địa điểm nhất định để thương nhân trưng bày, giới thiệu hàng hóa, dịch vụ nhằm mục đích thúc đẩy, tìm kiếm cơ hội giao kết hợp đồng mua bán hàng hoá, hợp đồng dịch vụ.

Ngày…./2015, hội chợ triển lãm và thương mại được tổ chức tại trung tâm thành phố Thái Nguyên, thu hút được sự chú ý của người dân, học sinh, sinh viên sinh sống tại đây. Hội chợ không chỉ là nơi kinh doanh, buôn bán mà còn là nơi vui chơi, giả trí cho trẻ em và người lớn sau một ngày làm việc. Tại đây, các loại mặt hàng khác nhau được trưng bày. Đồ thủ công, thủ công mỹ nghệ, nông nghiệp, công nghiệp,….được bày bán. Tôi đã đến thăm hội chợ thương mại với các bạn bè của tôi và dành một vài giờ đi vòng quanh các quầy hàng, xem ca nhạc, mua đồ ăn vặt…Chúng tôi đã sớm mệt mỏi và đã có một số giải khát trong các gian hàng giải khát nằm trong một công viên. Chúng tôi trở về nhà muộn vào ban đêm và nghĩ về sự tiến bộ đất nước đã làm và đang làm.
