Đồng thời để phá vỡ những xiềng xích của tư tưởng chế độ cũ trong việc nghĩ thưởng thức vang là một cách thức thể hiện địa vị của giới quý tộc trong xã hội, nhóm sinh viên Khoa Ngôn ngữ và Văn hóa học – trường Đại học Hoa Sen quyết định thực hiện dự án “Wine Tasting 2015” kết hợp với các trường Đại học – Cao đẳng tại Tp.HCM sẽ tổ chức một đêm hội “The Wine Tasting Night” – Với mục tiêu mang văn hóa thưởng thức vang đến gần hơn với con người Việt Nam. Một bữa tiệc mang đậm phong cách châu Âu – cổ điển, sang trọng và quý phái.
Được biết đến, Sofitel Saigon Plaza là một khách sạn tiêu chuẩn 5 sao xây dựng theo phong cách giao thoa giữa kiến trúc cổ điển Pháp kết hợp với các đường nét hiện đại và sang trọng.
