Nhằm nâng cao năng lực cho Tổng cục Du lịch trong việc xây dựng chính sách và lập kế hoạch hành động, nhóm chuyên gia quốc tế và trong nước của Dự án EU-ESRT đã xây dựng Dự thảo tài liệu “Hướng dẫn thực hành phát triển bền vững Du lịch Việt Nam trong bối cảnh biến đổi khí hậu” dựa trên các ý kiến tham vấn trước đó của các cơ quan có liên quan và khối doanh nghiệp du lịch tại khu vực Duyên hải miền Trung.
