Nếu hết thời hạn 07 (bảy) ngày này

Nếu hết thời hạn 07 (bảy) ngày này mà Bên vi phạm không khắc phục hậu quả của hành vi vi phạm, thì Bên không vi phạm có quyền đơn phương chấm dứt Hợp đồng;
c). Trong các trường hơp bất khả kháng;

ĐIỀU 10: BẢO MẬT
10.1 Mỗi Bên cam kết giữ bí mật tuyệt đối những thông tin kỹ thuật, tài chính, kinh doanh có được một cách chính thức hoặc không chính thức hoặc bất cứ thông tin nào khác có liên quan đến hoạt động riêng của Bên kia cũng như liên quan tới việc thực hiện Hợp đồngnày;
10.2 Việc tiết lộ những thông tin nói trên chỉ có thể được thực hiện khi có sự chấp thuận rõ ràng của Bên kia, để phục vụ cho việc thực hiện Hợp đồng này hoặc khi có yêu cầu chính thức của các cấp có thẩm quyển theo quy định của pháp luật hiện h ành;
ĐIỀU 11: BẤT KHẢ KHÁNG
11.1 Bất khả kháng là những việc xảy ra ngoài mong muốn và vượt quá sự kiểm soát của các bên như: thay đổi về chính sách, pháp luật của Chính phủ, động đất, thiên tai...là nguyên nhân trực tiếp gây ảnh hưởng đến việc thực hiện quyền và nghĩa vụ của các Bên trong Hợp đồng này;
11.2 Trong trường hợp có các tình huống Bất khả kháng xảy ra, Hai bên thực hiện theo quy định hiện hành của pháp luật;
ĐIỀU 12: THÔNG BÁO
Mọi thông báo tới một Bên phải được làm thành văn bản và được gửi bằng Fax, Email, chuyển tận tay hoặc gửi bằng thư bảo đảm tới địa chỉ liên hệ của đầu mối liên hệ có liên quan của mỗi Bên như được nêu tại Phụ lục 01 của Hợp đồng. Mỗi Bên đảm bảo độ chính xác thông tin đầu mối liên hệ và thông báo cho bên kia nếu thay đổi tên và/hoặc địa chỉ liên hệ bằng văn bản và được đại diện của Bên đó ký hoặc gửi Fax xác nhận;
ĐIỀU 13 : LUẬT ĐIỀU CHỈNH VÀ GIẢI QUYẾT TRANH CHẤP
13.1. Hợp đồng này được điều chỉnh bởi và giải thích theo pháp luật Việt Nam;
13.2. Mọi tranh chấp, tranh luận hay mọi vấn đề phát sinh từ hoặc có liên quan tới việc soạn thảo, hiệu lực, diễn giải, phạm vi áp dụng, việc vi phạm hay hủy bỏ Hợp đồng này cần được giải quyết trước hết thong qua thương lượng, hòa giải và/hoặc mâu thuân nào không giải quyết được theo cách trên, thì vấn đề đó sẽ được đưa ra giải quyết tại Tòa án có thẩm quyển của Việt nam;
ĐIỀU 14: CÁC THỎA THUẬN KHÁC.
