Phần công việc phát sinh theo yêu cầu của chủ đầu tư hoặc do thiết kế thay đổi và phải có xác nhận của chủ đầu tư. Khi đó đơn giá cho phần phát sinh sẽ được tính theo thứ tự ưu tiên như sau:
Nếu khối lượng công việc phát sinh đã có đơn giá trong dự toán thì giá trị phần khối lượng phát sinh được tính theo đơn giá dự toán.
Thay đổi chủng loại vật tư vào thời điểm đơn giá thay đổi mới sẽ tính theo giá mới của chủng loại vật tư đó.
Khối lượng công việc phát sinh (nếu có) không có trong dự toán sẽ tính theo đơn giá mới được thống nhất giữa hai bên và được điều chỉnh ở giai đoạn quyết toán kết thúc công trình.
Phần chi phí cho công việc hoặc vật tư do Bên A cung cấp sẽ được trừ ra từ bảng báo giá mà 2 bên đã thống nhất. Lúc đó giá trị hợp đồng sẽ thay đổi theo thực tế.
