- Bước 1: Teller tiếp nhận thông tin, kiểm tra giấy đềnghị
- Bước 2 : Teller đăng ký Tài khoản nhận lãi hàng tháng
- Bước 3: Supervior phê duyệt, Teller lưu chứng từ Cif, đến khi đáo hạn lấy ra lưu kèm chứng từ tất toán.
4. Tất toán trước hạn
- Bước 1: Teller tiếp nhận yêu cầu
- Bước 2: kiểm tra thông tin payment oder, số tiền, chữ ký, mẫu dấu
- Bước 3: Teller tính lãi không kỳ hạn, tất toán Tài khoản Tiền gừi lãi suất ưu đãi
- Bước 4, Supervior phê duyệt, Teller in bút toán lưu kèm payment oder, Bảng theo dõi số dư Tài khoản Tiền gừi lãi suất ưu đãi
- Hạch toán: Nợ Tài khoản Tiền gừi lãi suất ưu đãi – Có Tài khoản 101 hoặc Có Tài khoản không kỳ hạn
