Qua nghiên cứu địa điểm, vị trí triển khai đầu tư, Đoàn đại biểu Quốc hội đơn vị tỉnh Trà Vinh và ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh Trà Vinh thay đề xuất của nhà đầu tư Hàn Quốc là phù hợp với thực tế và khuyến nghị của các đơn vị tư vấn lập quy hoạch điện gió tại Việt Nam. 
Vậy, với trách nhiệm (quản lý nhà nước về ngành điện, xin Bộ trưởng hãy cho biết quan điểm của Bộ Công Thương về giá bán điện gió như đề nghị của Đoàn đại biểu Ọuốc hội tỉnh Trà Vinh? Đến thời gian nào Bộ Công Thương sẽ trình Chính phủ xem xét?
