Từ góc độ lý luận về luật hình sự,

Từ góc độ lý luận về luật hình sự, luận án đã:
+ Phân tích và làm sáng tỏ: khái niệm hôn nhân gia đình, khái niệm chế độ hôn nhân và gia đình, khái niệm các tội xâm phạm chế độ hôn nhân và gia đình, và cơ sở lý luận của việc quy định các tội xâm phạm chế độ hôn nhân và gia đình trong luật hình sự Việt Nam;
+ Phân tích và đánh giá về: các quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam về các tội xâm phạm chế độ hôn nhân và gia đình trong suốt quá trình lịch sử từ thời kỳ phong kiến đến nay để rút ra những giá trị cần tiếp tục kế thừa; các đặc dấu hiệu pháp lý của các tội xâm phạm chế độ hôn nhân và gia đình theo luật hình sự Việt Nam
+ Nghiên cứu so sánh các quy định của luật hình sự một số nước trên thế giới, nhằm tìm kiếm những bài học kinh nghiệm lập pháp về các tội xâm phạm chế độ hôn nhân và gia đình của một số quốc gia trên thế giới;
+ Phân tích thực tiễn xét xử nhiều năm đối với các tội xâm phạm chế độ hôn nhân và gia đình để đánh giá hiệu quả của các quy định pháp luật hình sự trong đấu tranh phòng, chống các tội phạm này;
+ Đề xuất hoàn thiện các quy định của pháp luật hình sự Việt Nam về các tội xâm phạm chế độ hôn nhân và gia đình dựa trên những cơ sở về mặt lý luận, thực tiễn và kinh nghiệm lập pháp đã được nghiên cứu.

12. Khả năng ứng dụng trong thực tiễn:
Các kết quả nghiên cứu trên đây có thể ứng dụng trong thực tiễn thông qua việc sử dụng những kết quả phân tích và tổng hợp làm cơ sở lý luận và thực tiễn cho hoạt động lập pháp và áp dụng pháp luật. Luận án sẽ là tài liệu tham khảo hữu ích cho cơ quan lập pháp, hành pháp và tư pháp Việt Nam trong việc sửa đổi, bổ sung, giải thích, hướng dẫn và áp dụng những quy định pháp luật về các tội xâm phạm chế độ HNGĐ, đồng thời là tài liệu tham khảo bổ ích cho người dạy, người học hoặc bất cứ ai quan tâm nghiên cứu chuyên sâu về các tội xâm phạm chế HNGĐ.

13. Những hướng nghiên cứu tiếp theo:
Tiếp tục nghiên cứu đánh giá thực tiễn thi hành những quy định về các tội xâm phạm chế độ hôn nhân và gia đình theo Bộ luật hình sự 2015 vừa được Quốc hội thông qua ngày 27/11/2015 để đánh giá hiệu quả của đạo luật này trong đấu tranh phòng, chống các tội xâm phạm chế độ hôn nhân và gia đình trong thời kỳ mới.

From the angle of criminal law theory, the thesis was:+ Analysis and clear: concept of marriage, the concept of marriage and family regimes, the concept of the crime of violating the regime of marriage and the family, and the basis of the provisions of the crime violated the regime of marriage and family in Vietnam criminal law;+ The analysis and assessment of: the provisions of the law of Vietnam on charges of violating the regime of marriage and the family throughout the course of history from the feudal era to present to draw the values should continue to inherit; the signs of crimes violating the regime of marriage and the family under criminal law of Vietnam+ Study comparing the provisions of the criminal laws of some countries of the world, in search of lessons in legislative experience on charges of violating the regime of marriage and the family of a number of countries in the world;+ Practical analysis to trial years for the crime of violating the regime of marriage and family to evaluate the effectiveness of the provisions of criminal law in fighting this crime prevention;+ Suggestions to perfect the regulation of the criminal law of Vietnam on charges of violating the regime of marriage and family based on the basis of reasoned, legislative experience and practices have been studied.12. The possibility of applications in practice: The results of the above studies can be applied in practice through the use of the results of analysis and synthesis as a basis for reasoning and practices for legislative activities and apply the laws. The dissertation will be useful reference for the legislature, the Executive and the judiciary in Vietnam the amendments, supplements, explain, guide and apply the legal provisions on the crime of invasion of HNGĐ mode, at the same time as useful reference material for people who teach the students, or anyone interested in studies about the invasion prepared HNGĐ.13. The next research direction: Continue the study reviews the enforcement practices of regulations on charges of violating the regime of marriage and the family under the criminal code 2015 has just been passed by Congress on 27/11/2015 in order to evaluate the effectiveness of this legislation in the struggle, against charges of violating the regime of marriage and family in the new era.

+ Analysis and clarification: the concept of marriage and family, the concept of marriage regime and family, the concept of offenses against marriage and mode family, and the rationale of the regulation or the crimes the regime of marriage and family in Vietnam Penal Code;
+ Analysis and evaluation of: the provisions of the law of Vietnam on the offense violating the regime of marriage and the family during the period of history from feudal far to draw the value should continue to inherit; the characteristics of the legal signs trespassing marital regime and criminal family Vietnam
+ Comparative study of the provisions of criminal law in some countries in the world, in search of lessons legislative experience about the crimes of the regime of marriage and the family of some countries in the world;
+ Analysis of trial practice for many years for the crimes of the regime of marriage and family to evaluate the the outcome of the criminal law in the fight to prevent and combat this crime;
+ Recommend perfecting the provisions of the criminal law of Vietnam on the crimes of the regime of marriage and family based on the basis of theoretical, practical and legislative experience has been studied.

12. Applicability in practice:
The above findings can be applied in practice through the use of the results of the analysis and synthesis as the basis for theoretical and practical activities and pressure legislators unlawful. The thesis will be a useful reference for the legislature, executive and judiciary Vietnam to amend, supplement, explain, guide and apply the laws of the crimes processing of Marriage and Family, is also useful reference for educators, students, or anyone interested in in-depth study of the Marriage and Family trespassing regime.

13. The next research:
Continuing studies assessing practical implementation of the provisions on the crimes of the regime of marriage and family under the Criminal Code in 2015 was approved by National Assembly on 27.11.2015 to evaluate the effectiveness of this law in the prevention of and fight against the crimes of the regime of marriage and family in the new period.
