Thu thập, đánh giá trên cơ sở khoa học và ứng dụng thực tiễn các giải pháp, công nghệ, mô hình tích trữ nước ngọt ở cấp hộ gia đình và cộng đồng hiện có ở Việt Nam và các nước khác có điều kiện tương tự, và đề xuất các giải pháp phù hợp cho cộng đồng dễ bị tổn thương tỉnh Bến Tre.
