+ kỹ năng nghe – nói: nhờ được giao nghiêm vụ trực và nhận điện thoại khách hàng nên em đã có cơ hội tiếp xúc và nói chuyện với người nước ngoài dù là chỉ qua điện thoại. em đã vận dụng đc các kỹ năng giao tiếp giao tiếp điện thoại và rất may câu chuyện đã đi đúng hướng. Em và khách hàng đều hiểu mỗi người muốn nói cái gì. điều này giúp em thấy tự tin hơn khi giao tiếp với người nước ngoài và kỹ năng nghe nói của em cũng trở nên tốt hơn. Nghe được và hiểu được họ muốn nói cái gì, và đến lúc em nói họ cũng hiểu được. đó là kết quả em muốn đạt được
