9.1. Nhà thầu phải huy động các nhân sự chủ chốt và sử dụng các thiết bị đã xác định trong HSDT để thực hiện công trình hoặc huy động các nhân sự hay thiết bị khác được Chủ đầu tư chấp thuận. Chủ đầu tư sẽ chỉ chấp thuận đề xuất thay thế nhân sự chủ chốt và thiết bị trong trường hợp kinh nghiệm, năng lực của nhân sự và chất lượng, tính năng của thiết bị thay thế về cơ bản bằng hoặc cao hơn so với đề xuất trong hồ sơ dự thầu.

9.1. The contractor must mobilize key personnel and the use of the equipment specified in HSDT to perform works or mobilize personnel or other equipment to be approved by owner. The owner will only approve the proposed replacement of key personnel and equipment in case of experience, competence of personnel and quality, features of the equipment replacement is basically equal to or higher than those proposed in the tender.

9.1. Contractors must mobilize key personnel and use the equipment identified in the bid to perform the work or mobilization of personnel or other device approved by the investor. Investors will only approve the proposed replacement of key personnel and equipment in case of experience, capacity and quality of personnel, equipment feature replaces basically equal to or higher than the recommended bids made.
