Tham chiếu khoản 8.2 [Thời gian hoàn thành] của Hợp đồng;
Căn cứ tình hình thực tế, điều kiện mặt bằng thi công trên công trường, Nhà thầu đã tính toán và lập lại tiến độ cho các đoạn cần xử lý đất yếu. Chúng tôi xin được báo cáo tới Quý Ban một số vấn đề như sau:
Tính đến thời điểm này, Nhà thầu đã nhận được 6 đoạn mặt bằng thi công với chiều dài tổng cộng là 2043m/6418m cho cả hai gói thầu CW3A/CW4A. Theo yêu cầu kỹ thuật của dự án, tại những lý trình đường cần phải thực hiện công tác xử lý nền, thời gian gia tải và chờ lún tối thiểu là 8~9 tháng tùy theo từng khu vực. Thời gian cần thiết để thi công phần kết cấu bên trên (cống, các lớp nền và mặt đường,…) tối thiểu khoảng 6 tháng. Do đó, thời gian cần thiết để thi công phần đường tại lý những đoạn phải xử lý nền tối thiểu là 14~15 tháng.
Theo đó, Liên danh Nhà thầu xin lưu ý đến Chủ đầu tư rằng để hoàn tất được các hạng mục công trình theo thiết kế và theo đúng thời hạn Hợp đồng, mặt bằng thi công tại khu vực cần xử lý đất yếu phải được bàn giao cho Nhà thầu trước ngày 01/08/2015. Nếu quá thời hạn nêu trên, Nhà thầu phải được gia hạn thời gian hoàn thành gói thầu hoặc cần thiết phải thay đổi giải pháp kỹ thuật xử lý nền.
Nhà thầu rất mong nhận được sự lưu tâm, hỗ trợ từ Quý Ban tạo điều kiện thuận lợi để chúng tôi hoàn thành dự án theo tiến độ đã cam kết.
