Dựa vào kết quả nghiên cứu, đề tài đã trình bày một số giải pháp cơ bản cũng như nêu lên những kiến nghị để phát triển công nghiệp phụ trợ trong thời gian tới như: cho phép việc nhập khẩu phế liệu để tái chế hạt nhựa, phát triển ngành tái chế chất thải, rác thải, hiện đại máy móc thiết bị, hỗ trợ cho doanh nghiệp tham gia kinh doanh ngành mới, lĩnh vực mới, tạo điều kiện vay vốn, phát triển nguồn nhân lực, chính sách riêng cho từng ngành nhỏ trong ngành Nhựa.

Based on the research results, the subject had presented some basic solutions as well as highlight the recommendations to support industrial development in the coming time as: allows the import of scrap materials for recycling plastics industry development, waste recycling, garbage, modern machinery and equipment support for business, to join the new industry business, new areas, facilitate loans, human resources development, individually small industry policy in the plastic industry.
