Điều 6: Cam kết của Bên BBên B cam

Điều 6: Cam kết của Bên BBên B cam kết:a) Bên B sẽ kế thừa và thực hiện các quyền lợi, nghĩa vụ có liên quan của Bên A sau khi hoàn thành các cam kết theo Hợp đồng này.b) Thanh toán một phần theo đúng tiến độ của Hợp đồng. Nếu đến hết thời hạn thực hiện thanh toán quy định tại Điều 2 của Hợp đồng này mà Bên B không thanh toán đủ hoặc không thanh toán hết thì bên A sẽ gửi thông báo và cho thời hạn thanh toán cho bên A 1 tháng kể từ thời điểm bên A thông báo cho bên B nếu không thanh toán đủ hoặc thanh toán không hết như thỏa thuận coi như Hợp đồng này hết hiệu lực .
