Các chính sách, quy định hiện hành của Nhà nước và các địa phương còn rất đơn giản nhưng quá nhiều bất cập, lạc hậu. Sớm điểu chỉnh, bổ sung, hoàn thiện các chính sách từ trung ương đến địa phương nhằm tạo động lực cho ĐTTX phát triển.
- Chính sách hỗ trợ, khuyến khích và ưu đãi trong học tập và tuyển dụng đối với các đối tượng tham gia học và tốt nghiệp hình thức ĐTTX của Nhà nước và các CSSDNL chưa phù hợp.
