Trance là một thể loại trong dòng nhạc Dance điện tử EDM, ra đời từ những năm 90 tại Đức. Nó là tổng hợp của rất nhiều phong cách nhạc Dance tuy nhiên một trong những điểm khiến Trance khác biệt đó là tần suất beat/phút (BPM) cao, từ khoảng 125 đến 165 BPM.
