1. Tổ chức huấn luyện an toàn, vệ sinh lao động cho người lao động không đầy đủ theo quy định tại Thông tư số 27/2013/TT-BLĐTBXH ngày 18/10/2013 của Bộ Lao động - Thương binh và Xã hội.
Hành vi trên đã vi phạm vào điểm d Khoản 2 Điều 17 của Nghị định số 95/2013/NĐ-CP ngày 22 tháng 8 năm 2013 của Chính phủ quy định xử phạt vi phạm hành chính trong lĩnh vực lao động, bảo hiểm xã hội, đưa người lao động Việt Nam đi làm việc ở nước ngoài theo hợp đồng.
